Barbecue Cook-Off
Some of the best pig cookers from across North Carolina will gather to compete for top honors — including the Carolina BBQ League’s Natural Source State Championship. Cookers will start Friday evening and tend their pigs all night before judging begins Saturday morning.
Chili Cook-Off
Local teams bring their best recipes to the table. From mild to spicy, there’s something for everyone. Be sure to grab a bowl and see why this contest is a festival favorite!
Sales & Drive-Thru BBQ
After judging, the pigs are chopped, and sandwiches are sold to the public. Hungry and in a hurry? Stop by the convenient drive-thru BBQ station for sandwiches on the go!
